SUMMARY:
Pre-sales Engineer is required to work on Network, WLAN and collaboration presales opportunities while providing technical support to sales account managers and helping them close the business deals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work on presales opportunities coming from sales and business development managers
• Evaluate opportunity, conduct site surveys, attend customer meetings and accomplish requirement analysis sessions for right sizing of the scope.
• Architect the solution based on borderless networks, unified communications and data centers.
• Develop RFPs, RFQs and RFIs in the customer advocacy role.
• Build BOQs and design drawings mainly on Cisco Products and partially on Juniper, HP and AVAYA.
• Prepare technical proposals and ensure overall integration among other IT & low current systems.
• Conduct technical presentation for customers and help Sales Account Managers to close the business deals.
• Lead the opportunity until it is closed or handed over to post sales team.
• Keep himself up-to-date of related technologies and solutions available in the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Must possess solution designing skills of networks, unified communications and data centers.
• Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Possess good knowledge on Cisco Workspace and Cisco Configuration Tools
Education & Experience
• Bachelor degree in engineering or computer sciences or equivalent.
• At least two years pre-sales Experience.
• Preferred to be CCNA, CCDA certified.
