Qualification : Telecom Engineer, Computer Science or Equivalent
Skills :
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Maintain regular maintenance of computer systems.
Guide users through problem-solving process.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Clean up computers.
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and vLANS
Install computer peripherals.
Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved.
Gain feedback from users about computer usage.
Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
Good knowledge of working with Microsoft Outlook, configure email accounts with different protocols.
Good Knowledge of latest computer technology components (Processor, RAM, Motherboard . . .etc)
