About the Job
Account officer responsible for the correspondences between our company and our clients abroad in terms of sending them the offers, programs, prices, and receiving their confirmations and feedbacks for further actions.
Coordinating schedules with the warehouse. Arrange daily shipments, prepare and approve orders, manage pricing information.
Following up the daily shipments and send documentation that coincides with shipments.
Contacting the clearing agents abroad to arrange for clearing the shipments and settle their payments.
Responsible for receiving the quality reports from our clients, checking the claims along with the quality control department and replying back to them within 48 hours maximum.
Measure and analyze major problems faced by various customers, in collaboration with the quality department, and propose corrective actions for these problems to increase our customers’ satisfaction.
Follow-up for the payment of due invoices and ensure that they are paid on a timely manner according to the terms of agreement with various customers.
Preparing a monthly report for all the clients and record all the correspondences related to the quantities, quality issues and payments to evaluate the clients and their performance frequently and to decide as well if we could continue supplying them or not.
Responsible for the daily follow up. In addition to all the administrative and office responsibilities related to the clients.
Search for new customers in different countries.
Signing the agreements with our receivers.
Reporting directly to the Export Manager and the Managing director.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree, Any Field
2. Experience from 5 to 10 years in Export (Africa Line)
7. Maximum Age 40
3. Resident in Cairo
4. Excellent Communication Skills
5. Excellent In Microsoft office program
6. Fluent In English
