• Responsible for routing incoming and outgoing communication regarding freight shipments and transportation needs
• Follow up with customers within a committed time frame
• Manage email to ensure timely customer follow up
• Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability.
• Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound international freight
• How to deal with agencies
Qualifications :
• B.sc degree
• 0-2 experience in freight field prefer
• Very good English
• Excellent Microsoft office ( word , excel , outlook)
• Good communication skills
• Good researcher
• Positive attitude
• Have the ability to deal with situation and problems
• Fast learning
