Mag Makina specializes in supplying military, marine and aviation parts to United States Defense Logistics Agency and manufacturing auto parts and heavy equipment parts to Turkish and USA market. Our business continues to grow at a rapid pace demanding to enter Egypt Market.
Job Responsibilities: Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans in her country; implementing sales plans; assisting the Foreign Trade Manager with tenders, proposals, credentials and related projects within her country.
Marketing and Sales Manager Job Duties:
1. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
2. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
3. Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
4. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
5. Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
6. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
7. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
8. Hunting for tenders from various sources like portals, tender magazines, newspapers.
9. Checking feasibility in all respect and proceeding further if meeting requirements
10. Arranging related documents-technical, financial, non-technical
Qualifications
• Excellent relationship management skills - proven ability in managing and deepening client relationships
• Strong strategic creative thinker in the areas of marketing and business development
• Experience in marketing strategy and campaign development, customer segmentation and results analysis
• Outstanding influence management skills and with exceptional ability to drive tactical and strategic results across a wide variety business needs with internal and external partners
Salary: A Commission-Based Salary
