* Administer the Management Development Programs (MDP) in full partnership with Admin Division.
Direct and control the implementation of Career Management System, Management training, ELL, External Self Development Program and Computer training for all company employees.
Administer the Company’s E-learning program.
Maintain and support the Training Library.
* Educational Requirements or Equivalent:BS in Industrial Management (**)
*Specialized Knowledge:
Refinery Training and CD background.
Strong command of Arabic and English language communication skills.
E-learning Administration, Computer skills& PC good knowledge in Technical Software.
Ability to coordinate different work activities on wide scales.
*Previous Experience Required:
5-10 years related experience in an industrial environment.
Experience must include Management Training, ELL, E-learning and Career Development.
*Working Knowledge to be Acquired on the job
Working knowledge of Policies/procedures.
Ability to provide advise/guidance to management relative to career development programs, and E-learning.
