Requirements
* Bachelor degree ( Preferably Bachelor of Computer Science)
* (2-4) years of experience as a Technical support Specialist.
* Expert in helpdesk troubleshooting ( Network, OS , Office, outlook, Printers, Photocopiers…)
* Very good experience in network management. ( Active Directory, File Server, TCP/IP, Group Policy……..)
* Familiar With firewall and web filter management.
* Familiar With documentation ( create, update, report for all transactions)
* Able to train end users to learn new features and functions.
* Preferable to be Familiar with Camera’s system (CCTV), IP Cam.
* Able to work under pressure and handle multi task.
