Job Description:
- Handle German Customers inquires and complaints.
- Provide customer with accurate information and right solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management .
Requirements:
- Fluent German .
- Excellent communication & problem solving Skills .
- Flexible with shift basis (9 hours rotational shifts and 2 days off).
- Egyptian Nationality and Foreigners.
- Undergraduate& Graduates
