- Review and analyze customer contracts for billing accuracy.
- Identify billing errors on customer invoices.
- Monitor and provide internal and external reporting on billing activity.
- Reconcile with accounting department regular hospitality service division revenue report
- Investigate and resolve complex billing disputes within designated timeframes.
- Develop detailed understanding of customer maintenance contracts (PMS,B/O,POS, IFC …etc)
- Coordinates with contract admintration and other members of the service control team
- Manager, to deliver best-in-class customer service while meeting the detailed maintenance agreements for each client.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with manager, colleagues and customers.
- Develop and prepare regular reports on the status of contracts billing.
- Determine the priorities, goals and objectives of work functions assigned.
