Corporate Outreach Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Outreach Officer will be responsible for:
 Seeking partnerships with private sector businesses in order to further the organizational mission and vision of EFE|Egypt in the following capacities:
 Facilitating employer hiring of highly-qualified EFE|Egypt job training program graduates
 Securing pre-committed job agreements from employer partners
 Ensuring that EFE|Egypt’s training programs continue to align with employer needs by:
 Coordinating the yearly participatory market needs analysis (MNA) by actively meeting with, cataloguing and analyzing recruitment needs of potential and ongoing partners in various sectors
 Tracking job placements and post-training activities through field visits to employer partners
 Assisting the Grants Management Department in partner employer administration and M&E;process; meeting with partner employers to evaluate candidate performance, etc.
 Supporting overall program success by:
 Liaising between employers and the Training Department to customize curriculum using the training needs analysis (TNA) system
 Co-creating tailored job training courses in collaboration with the Training Department
 Carrying out other duties and assignments delegated by the Grants Management Department, Operations Manager or CEO as needed
