-Leads, manages and motivates a sales team to implement a sales strategy and meet agreed
Targets.
-Identifies new markets and business opportunities.
-Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
-Creates new ways to how to collect the data base and opens new channels with the clients.
-Maintains professional internal and external relationships that meet company core value.
-Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
-Presenting the service in a structured professional way face to face.
-Selling services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
-Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
-Facilitates and ensures collection process within the agreed period between the two partners.
-Attends the demo and takes part in the feedback before and after the demo.
-Following up and developing relationships with existing customers in person ,via telephone calls and emails and via in/out door communication.
-Reviewing his/her own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
-Continues updating for customer data base.
Qualifications:
• 1 to 2 years experience in the Sales Training field.
• Leadership Skills
• Account Management Skills
• Target Oriented
• Very Good English Language
• Very Good Communication Skills
• Very Good Presentation Skills
• Very Good Business and Proposal Writing
• Very Good Computer Skills
• Maximum age 35 years.
• Has ability to work in shifts.
