The main role of this job is to develop both product & market for existing and new products. It’s essential to focus on leadership quality and high potential to response to changing market fluctuations in terms of political changes, prices changes & market demand/potential changes. In addition to analyze previous years records, customer demand patterns in order to put a sales & marketing strategy which adapt to given market & company attributes & accordingly results in achievable sales targets with reasonable budget.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
•Actively promote products range through seminars, promotions & presentations.
•Prepares action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
•Assure & tracking of performance of all team’s members as per their job description.
•Develop markets in new geographical areas through improved promotional efforts and supply network.
•Preparing of updated monthly report for internal board monthly meetings.
•Assure client’s satisfaction.
• Follow up distributors & assure achieving their targets, up & above solving their problems.
•Marketing and advertising and promotion planning.
•Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
•Determining of sales target of the company.
•State job descriptions to all sales team members according to business needs.
•Define the market in terms of the existing product’s end users and their needs. Divide the market into groups on the basis of the market characteristics.
•Coordinate with technical support & production departments in order to develop provided services to clients and solve/analysis any problems/complain that might be raisin by clients.
•Awareness of all competitors’ activities, products & price.
