• Provide initial technical product overview to new customer accounts.
• Answer RFI’s, RFQ’s RFP’s and provide written responses to customer specific technical requirements.
• Establish key business and technical relationships in each account.
• Correspond with customer engineering, operations and network planning groups.
• Track, prioritize, and manage all technical activities and milestones through-out the deployment process.
• Manage customer product evaluations, trials and demonstrations.
• Work closely with account representatives to help close business.
• Interface with general customers, IT staff, and partners and collaborate with a broad range of technical and sales teams within RCN.
• Identify requirements and map services to customers’ needs.
Qualifications required:
•Bachelor of Electrical Communication engineering.
•5-8 Years of experience with at least 3 years proven track record in Telecom manufacturing and installation industries.
•Excellent Communication & negotiation skills.
