Job Description:
1. Delivery of various pre-sales activities - including responding to customer requests for information, developing and planning conceptual solution presentations and demonstrations, technical/product guidance in meetings, proof of concepts and workshops. ..etc.
2.Develop & maintain relationships with Owners, Consultants and potential customers’ accounts across the assigned market by monitoring sales.
3.Following up undergoing and upcoming projects with customers and ensure bidding to these projects & follow up there after to secure orders.
4.Maintaining the relationship and continuously visiting consultants to market and specify our products and systems, and actively seek new business opportunities in line with department targets.
5.Monitor and maximize own sales volume and distribution to meet or exceed annual targets.
6.Seek out competitor information, maintain knowledge of new developments in the market place and report information to the Direct Manager.
Skills:
1.Degree in Electrical Engineering.
2.Two (2) to Three (3) years relevant experience in Business and specifically in the Lighting field.
3.Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
4.Good exposure to region’s contractors and consultants.
5.Good communication and presentation skills.
6.Good analytical & troubleshooting skills.
7.Very good Business writing skills.
8.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
9.Very good command of written and spoken English communication skills.
10.Working knowledge of computer applications, MS office or related, AutoCAD is a must, and Dialux preferred.
11.Must be self-motivated, must have an ability to work well in a team work environment, must exhibit a positive and professional attitude, and pay attention to details.
