• Makes outbound sales calls and receives inbound sales calls securing all relevant direct sale opportunities with the walk-in customers and generating new business to achieve revenue goals
• Identifies and creates the needs and presents the company service product range.
• Follows-up on clients’ arising complaints or additional needs, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment and optimum client satisfaction.
• Prepares regular services’ financial and technical proposals independently.
• Keeps the client regularly updated with the newly posted schedules, and new products, while also keeping self-updated to become product expert
• Effectively works with cross functional teams Operations, finance and customer service.
• Successfully utilizes company CRM tool to organize activities, manage pipeline and report progress on a daily basis.
• Established and maintains a credible and professional relationship with all his/ her client.
• Prepares and submits a weekly sales report.
Skills
• Junior level of sales experience (at least 2 years), selling software solutions.
• Technical acumen with the ability to present and sell technology products in a business context
• Ability to establish client relationships and network within organizations
• Experienced in selling in a team environment and ability to coordinate activity with product sales representatives, services account managers, Channel Partners, and Engaz subject-matter experts (SMEs)
• Ability to qualify opportunities and assess prospect value
• Ability to forecast sales opportunities
