Running the appropriate tools analyzing the customer environments and running POC sessions at the customer environment
Setting up Business Plans with our vendors and specifying our targets and initiatives to attack our competitors customers’ environment or implementing technology replacement for our customers’ environments
Technical presentations and consultancy to our customers
RFP specs writing to the customer
Helping sales executives by making technical presentations, answering technical questions and managing customer trial through e-mail, phone and on-site visits.
Studying well the opportunities’ competitors
Offered post and pre sales technical support for current and new customers.
Performing customer product demonstrations and supporting targeted sales opportunities.
Assists and participates in developing RFP and RFQ responses.
