Position Basic Purpose and Job Description
The Service Development Analyst’s role is to assist in the development and on-going improvements of standardised operational procedures, systems, measurements and reports for use in all BU’s Service Depts.

Main competencies needed
1.Advanced IT knowledge as system usage and software e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Outlook, Visio) and other products
2.High command of the English language (reading, speaking and writing)
3.Highly logical with excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
4.Excellent Organization and Prioritization skills with the ability to take the initiative and make decisions
5.Highly self-motivated and self-confident
6.High level of creativity and problem resolving/dissolving oriented
7.High Communication and Negotiation skills
8.High team work skills and multi culture oriented
9.Good presentation skills
10.Be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and tolerate stress
11.Have patience and the ability to persuade others by reasoning to cooperate and reach a solution
12.Flexibility & availability to travel to different territories and countries
Job Qualifications
•University degree.
•Ideally a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in similar function
