Extensive experience in building PHP and MySQL applications.
Should be able to use JQuery and AJAX and work with valid xHTML.
Experience with WordPress is a must.
Experience in open source frameworks.
Excellent debugging, profiling and optimization experience.
Ability to interface with existing APIs (i.e. Google Maps, Twitter API, DIGG API).
