Description Main activities will be onsite within the industrial sector machinery. Understands and follows departmental policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards. Works closely to provide all business units with relevant technical support and after sales services for their customers. Provides customers with the first level of support within service level agreements ensuring product installations, software implementations, warranty, and after sales services are effectively achieved. Checks pre-installation requirements and site preparations for new equipments installations. Promptly reports any customer raised concerns or complaints to management team. Monitors customer requirements and conveys them to the organization to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction. Attends technical courses needed to achieve unit certifications.
