5. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (Duties):
5.1 Enhance his sales skills necessary, communication skills, POS knowledge.
5.2 Keep current on knowledge of competitors and new of our product.
5.3 Successfully accomplish the target.
5.4 Ability to managing, plan himself to achieve target result and build strong relationships
5.5 Generate his own leads, manage customer satisfaction and develop/present proposals for customized business solutions
5.6 Do strategies for survey and nock-door.
5.7 Do strategy for qty of cold call ,offers and customer meeting.
5.8 Present whole sales report for his sales team leader (survey, call, meeting, offer, status and next weekly plan)
5.9 Managetime; Present clear strategy for daily activity of actual 8hours
5.10 Carry on company policy and rules.
5.11 Should have good knowledge for computers as general (hardware)
5.12 Have at least 3years experience in sales sector; IT field
