The key responsibilities for this role include:

Mastering Economic Analysis part in the feasibility studies or buy-side research using Porter five-dimensional analysis, long-term and short term industry profitability Analysis is a must

Management of all tasks relevant to financial due diligence, asset valuation, financial modeling, and monitoring of the works of the Financial Advisors.

Management of direct investment opportunities (analyses, appraisal & reporting).
•
Conduct of business valuation for PE & JV investments in different sectors globally.
•
Preparation of feasibility studies for new start-up projects & prospective investments.
•
Manage Mergers & Acquisitions processes for all relevant investments.
•
•
Conduct financial advising jobs such as business plans, business presentations, financial analysis and reporting.
•
Conduct “deal structuring” for considered investments.
•
Search & attract new ideas & opportunities in different sectors.
•
Responsible for asset risk management portfolio (risks, impacts, mitigations, options, etc.). 
•
Prepare board-level reports, briefings, presentations, risks of various investment opportunities.
•
Maintain and update all records of financial performance of all investments.

The attributes we seek include:
•
Bachelor or Master Degree of Finance with a CFA, CVA &/or CM&AA;certificate.
•
At least (7) years of business related practical experience with a minimum of (4) years in a managerial capacity preferable in a mid to large size investment corporate environment.
•
Proven experience in foreign investments, mergers, acquisitions, IPO, asset management and capital expenditures analysis & management with a good analytical and research skill.  Excellent managerial and leadership skills.

Computer literate especially in finance related software packages.
•
Motivated, dedicated, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
•
Bilingual in English and Arabic is preferred.
•
Articulate written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential
