Working mostly through a system accordingly with customers and TE Data as a partner. - Handling customer technical problems outdoor. - Support the technical team in field and by phone. - Communicate directly with the partners’ team and supporting them by mail and through the phone. - Make control over some accounts to be working appropriately according to a specific time frame , support our company in all IT tasks,and work to develop all network .
