1- Maintain the Contact Lists for the notifications sent by e-Pay system 2- Generating different files and reports from the e-Pay system. 3- Monitor and ensure the availability of the application on a regular basis. 4- Monitor the End of day operations. 5- Receive Incidents and solve them within the SLA. 6- Generate End of day report. Job Qualifications- Minimum four years of experiene in a similar role
