Senior Consultant is needed for an international company
Job Purpose:
Create and execute project plans. Assist PC/SEM & EM in project execution onsite/ offsite with the overall objective of ensuring timely & high quality project deliverables to create client value
Principal Accountabilities:
Customer
• Maintain regular interaction with client project coordinator & client contacts, if any
• Set and manage client expectations
• Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• Assist Directors/ Managers in the sales process through contact lists, promotional material, etc

Process
• Identify resources needed for the project and assign individual responsibilities
• Manage day to day operational aspects of the project and project scope
• Review vendor deliverables before submitting them to client
• Apply Project Management Methodology and standards
• Identify and highlight risks and suggest mitigation methods
• Ensure project documents are completed and stored appropriately
• Manage project budget effectively
• Prepare project status reports and facilitate project meetings
• Communicate relevant project information to Client Senior Management
• Resolve and/or escalate project issues in a timely manner
• Identify “add-on” sales opportunities related to the project
• Update Cedar knowledge base, ensure project servers are updated on daily basis

Organization
• Assist with induction/ hand holding for new entrants
Requirements:
Education & Experience
• MBA from top tier School
• 4-6 years of total work experience
• Native Arabic speaker
• PMP Certification preferred
