Job Description:

. Receive various recruitment requests from the HR Manger and proceed in the recruitment process according to the man power plan. 
. Gather and collect relevant job descriptions and positions specifications for recruiting
. Determine new hired employees salary according to the grading and leveling structure
. Follow up with the Line Manager regarding the performance of new hired
. Maintain the technical and soft skill

Requirements:

-Female
-5-7 Years of experience in the HR field
-Relevant Bachelor Degree in Arts/Business.
-Excellent command of Arabic, English.
-Excellent Computer Skills
-Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
-Excellent leadership skills
