You will be responsible for:
answering the telephone and emails,
formatting documentation and typing correspondence,
organising tasks for our team:
organising new content for our websites,
updating the database and the websites,
writing newsletters and new content for our online promotions,
assisting with financial accounts,
filing, photocopying,
general administration,
support Management and the Senior Consultants.
Must have:
well developed written and verbal communication skills,
a strong attention to detail,
the ability to be flexible with changing priorities.
advanced MS Office skills,
basic html skills,
fast, accurate typing,
