House keeping Manager is needed for a big reputable Company
1. Awareness of the Company’s Management mechanics
2. Awareness of the Company’s Clients
3. Training on technical background matter for Management issues
4. Training on all Quality Control elements for Management purposes
5. Clients handling and trouble shooting
6. Management of operations:
a. Conducting required inspections, specifying required tools, equipment and working material with related QTY, as well as specifying required number of labor and supervisory system
b. Revision of costing of new account with the Financial Rep. prior sending the offer to the client.
c. Putting up together the full offer with related revision of technical and financial proposal
d. Operations meetings and follow up on requirements and pending
e. Area Supervisors meetings and follow up on requirements and pending
f. Locations Supervisors meetings and follow up on requirements and pending
g. Daily briefing on general Operations mechanics, requirements and work flow implementation
h. Mobilization of new accounts (with financial department, Administration Department.and related resources)
i. Monitoring of all reports (location Supervisors, Area Supervisors, monthly reports, etc…)
j. Follow up on all Quality Control reports and consolidating it with corrective actions with related dates
k. Checks visits on all locations according to set schedule
l. Evaluation together with the Operations Head of manpower and appraisals
7. Awareness on all house keeping tools, equipment and working material and covering all emerging new items in the market.
8. Consolidated monthly reports for the High Management
