Job Description
The ideal candidate will be experienced in business research via the internet, contacting suppliers, able to analyze data in order to assist in importing decisions, should be able to handle a wide range of administrative related tasks independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a small office of diverse people and programs.
The ability to interact with staff in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Effectively use the internet in the suppliers search.
Able to rank suppliers based on analyzing the research data.
Communicate and handle electronic communications on behalf of the Partners
Implement and maintain office systems.
Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently
Assist Partners with preparation of presentation materials
Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mail as necessary
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Organize and coordinate business meetings and appointments.
Education and Experience
B.Sc. for relevant qualification.
1-2 yrs experience in importing and trading field.
Knowledge and experience in MS office
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Knowledge of business principles
Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
