They are looking to recruit Support Engineer based in their office in your responsibilities will include the following-Handle and follow up customer sales and service enquiries received.-Provide product application support in response to customer requests.-Maintain liaison with sales representatives and keep them up-to-date with developments, advising of new customer opportunities and complaints.-Provide product application, technical and commercial assistance to distributors and customers.-Provide technical support (commissioning) information to distributor technical staff on new products and technical procedures.
