A Reputable Company in the field of Cement Industry is looking for Accounting Clerk
Job Responsibilities:
a.Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
b.Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed
c.Computes and records charges, refunds, and cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, rentals, and similar items.
d.Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts, using calculator or computer.
e.Type vouchers, reports, and other records.
f.Compile information about new accounts and file related forms or other documents.
g.Prepare confirmation letters and send to customers
h.Prepare bank transfer letters
i.Prepare supplier confirmation balance statements after confirming balance with finance team.
j.Assist in quarterly physical counts
k.Handling all incoming calls from suppliers and handling over checks.
l.Receiving all faxes, letters and documents relating to the finance department
m.Ensure all stationery items for the finance department are available.Job
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Department , English section
- 1 years experience in the same field
- Excellent language skills in English and Arabic, fluent spoken and written,.
- must be highly skilled in Excel/Word/Power Point/Internet. Knowledge of other financial software will be an asset.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
