• Tasks & responsibilities:
Sourcing for new candidates
Conducting Speed’s recruitment cycle* for his\her branch according to man power plan to fulfill the vacancies with qualified employees
Conducting exit interviews for his \ her branch to identify the reasons of turnover
Conducting the orientation & training sessions on PM for his\her branch
Participate in analyzing the PA results of his\her branch to use it in preparation of work & development plans
Participate in making TNA for his\her branch’s employees to enhance their development points
Participate in designing of training plan for his\her branch employees
Participate in analyzing of training results to make sure of achieving objectives and improve the futuristic training
Receiving the hiring papers from employees
Delivering the termination employees their files
responsible for the attendance & absence to identify delaying ,leaves & long absence of work
conducting the entering the staff data of his\her branch on HRIS
Conducting the social & medical insurance plan for his\her branch. It include conducting all procedures to entering & exiting the staff to social & medical insurance
Represent the company in front of labor law, social insurance & medical insurance
Preparing the salaries sheet of his \her branch and sending it to payroll specialist at 25th max.
