Promotional Staff urgently required
We are an International airport retailer looking for promotional staff to front the launch of a campaign within our shops in Cairo Airport.
The activity will centre around generating passenger interest in the campaign through an inviting and informative approach by enthusiastic individuals.
For the positive execution of the promotion we require staff with the following qualities:
• Outgoing and confident personality
• Fun-loving and enthusiastic
• Friendly and approachable manner
Further to the above points, we need staff that can convey the message of our promotion in order to generate increased passenger flow into our shops, so good negotiation skills are important. Previous experience as a promoter or in direct sales will be deemed favourable.
You will be required to engage passengers in the Terminal both inside and outside the shops and inform them of the promotion and it’s details. Through the distribution of flyers, you will capture the attention of the passenger and use this opportunity to entice them into the shops to avail of the outstanding promotion available. We expect great enthusiasm from our staff but it must be tempered to avoid aggressive selling. You will be employed on a shift basis (including early mornings and late nights) for an initial 3-month period which may be extended to a maximum of 6-months and shall not be deemed a permanent employee of the company.
Perfect fluency in English is essential and applicants from English schools are preferred.
