1- professional in php/mysql development (OOP is a plus)
2- professional in CMS Development like Joomla , Drupal .. etc
3- professional search ability : know how to search for solutions fast or learn new technologies efficiently
4- able to learn new frameworks easily ( experience in different php frameworks is a plus )
5- good experience in ajax applications is a MUST , knowledge in ajax php frameworks is a plus
6- Familiarity with ASP.NET Basics and .NET in general is a MUST
