A Reputable Company in the field of CEMENT Industry is looking for a BULK Area Sales Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head of Sales, the Bulk Area Sales Supervisor is responsible for sales activities, consisting of sourcing of reliable and loyal customers, keeping a track of customers’ record and performance.
His/her main responsibilities are:
a. Scan Market for current and potential customers i.e. ready Mix Companies, construction companies, ect.
b. Prepare / check the Sales Orders /Deliveries and after sales.
c. Ensure timely payment by customers and arrange prompt deliveries to customers.
d. Carryout after sales services by tracking lifting rate of customers.
e. Understanding customers’ needs and services.
f. Reporting market information to HOS, to enhance knowledge about the cement market & industry in his territory.
g. Conducting market surveys, sensitivity analysis, and ensuring that customers get the best service.
Job Requirements:
- BSc of Engineering.
- 3+ years as Area Sales Supervisor in the cement industry or building materials in a similar activity.
- Experience in a Multinational company will be an Asset.
- Very much customer oriented.
- Able to understand and work with high commitment to the company slakes process and procedures.
- Use discretion and maintains high level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent technological comprehension: must be highly skilled in as ERP user.
- Good command of English language.
- Proactive and flexible.
