Requirements:

 A qualified and experienced ERP Application Manager with 10+ years of experience in Management Information Systems.
 Experience in configuring, implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining various development and production environments. This includes all servers, routers, switches and storage.
 Experience in Novell, Windows NT4.0/2000/2003 operating systems and related services (AD/WINS/DNS/DHCP/IP).
 Understanding of RAID technologies and configuration.
 Understanding of standard HP/Compaq & IBM hardware troubleshooting and repairs, with Fair telecom experience.
 Understanding of Cisco Routers, switches and firewalls.
 Perform scalability/capacity planning to support business growth.
 Experience developing high-level project estimates, technical components, development time-lines, test plans and migration to production environments.
 Experience with documenting project statements of work, project plans, and reporting against milestones.
 Experience supporting, developing and maintaining production systems.
 Strong communication skills.
