Senior Training Coordinator (Food industry background is a must)
Job outline:
1. Conducts necessary training for staff as required.
2. Assists in conducting orientation program to the new employees.
3. Manages the process of employees’ development through carrying out Training needs assessments.
4. Contacts different service providers.
5. Prepares training material and validate the training programs.
6. Follows up on the ongoing training courses.
7. Receives feedback & evaluates the training programs.
8. Arranges and conducts work Tutors Loading Coordination
9. Develops, evaluates and controls the quality of the training program in order to meet company needs.
10. Opens new sources for training providers.
11. Develops ,identifies and executes training plans , policies , procedures and budgets
Essential requirements:
- A Bachelor Degree of any accredited university in any discipline, and English study is highly preferable
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Computer literate specially in MS.Office
Years of experience:
- Must have at least between 2 to 6 years of experience in food or nutrition industries
