Provides qualified sales support to Customers and Business Development Managers for promotion, sales, customization and after sales purposes within the geographical area.
Manages the Sales Support team.
Supports Sales Management in the Country. Co-ordinates account strategies, client contacts, tendering and contracts.
Ensures creation and bi-annual update of a “market overview” for the country.
Develops new Solutions Business, Cross Segment projects and alliances.
Performs annual Research and Development input from the country to the zone. Maintains a close contact with Corporate offices about activities and new technical developments
Controls market share and competitor activity. Identifies client needs and implements solutions to address those needs.
Keeps abreast of technological developments across Segments and in the Industry as well as of acknowledged solutions implemented worldwide.
Supports development, coaching and training of Sales Personnel.
