.NET Developers required

We are seeking unique individuals who can manage our diverse range of SQL Server, .NET systems and Web applications. As a developer you will be responsible for building and maintaining all our systems and ensuring they are secure and stable. You will provide guidance and advice to other members of the Technology group on best practices
Qualifications:
• B.Sc (Computer Science)
• Arabic Mother Tong
• 3 or more years experience in SQL Server and .NET development.
Required Skills:
• Object-Oriented Programming: Deep understanding of the concepts and when to make use of each.
• Team-work Approach: Can work according to the plan and using standard frameworks (CSLA.NET …)
• Documentary: Documentation goes side by side with code (whether during code as comments or full system Documentation)
• Hard-Core Worker: Due-time is critical
• Relational Databases: SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005
• Front Ends: C#.NET, VB.NET or any other .NET language, Crystal Report
• Web Technologies: ASP.NET, HTML, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript.
• Having experience in configuring and implementing Standby Database
• OS Platform : Win2003 server
Qualifications /Programming Skills:
• Capable of working with the end users and Business Analysts, document analysis for change requests including functional and technical requirements.
• Provide accurate estimates for level of effort associated with development and unit testing.
• Deliver quality changes within committed timelines - Provide implementation scripts
• Provide the appropriate documentation for change management policies and procedures
• Coordinate code and design reviews
• As a self motivated team player, you will be able to multitask and assist in all areas of the system development lifecycle.
• Provide 2nd level support and after hours support when required.
