Manage consumer research designs & processes to deliver actionable results that fulfill BU’s strategic marketing & business objectives at the optimal cost -Prepare proper research material (questionnaires, discussion guides, etc) that reliably fulfills required deliverables -Conduct excellent comprehensive research analysis covering all angles to provide reliable conclusions/recommendations -Communicate with internal clients (marketing/brand teams) to update them on the progress of their projects. -Communicate research results to relevant clients through usage of various tools (written & verbal) to ensure appropriate interpretation/utilization of research findings Update Business Development Manager with client and different projects status .
Open new market or client, searching for better market opportunities for all company departments.
Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization’s business and market share.
Managing external office relations, promoting and selling company services.
Designing and planning research projects following client briefing and needs.
Manage at least 2 Accounts or clients .
Writing proposal/ pitching for new business Prepare research instruments like questionnaires Prepare analysis specification
Designing questionnaires and methodology of collecting information
Coordinating the execution of projects.
Working on analysis and interpretation of result.
Providing feedback to clients and writing reports and recommendations presenting result of study to clients.
Review all research process starting from client request, questionnaire design ending with final project report.
Develop partnership & strategic relation with our clients and confirm that all company staff considered client as first priority
Criteria …
Business or Management (Marketing or Sales) Education or experience at least 2 years (Preferred market research firm)
Medical background is a must
Excellent commend in English & office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point)
