Faragalla group for food industries seeking:
Local Purchasing Specialist
With the following requirements:
1-Bachelor degree preferred graduates of the Arab Academy department of
Logistics or English commerce.
2-1: 2 years of experience in the field of purchasing.
3-Alexandria resident
4-Very good English skills.
6- Males only
Job description:
1-Finish agreement with the suppliers and ensure that the policies and instructions issued by the company in this regard are followed.
2-Control the prices of raw materials and packaging and negotiation, timing of payments and mechanisms of supply circle.
3 - Provide periodic reports on the progress of work and make suggestions in this regard.
4 - Receiving and sorting out the needs of the organization from the local procurement and compare the quotations.
5 – Follow up the adoption of requests for items by officials in the Organization
6. Establishment of a database of accredited domestic suppliers.
7. Coordination and opening the door to deal with new suppliers of newly requested items and follow up any new items and contact the suppliers in this regard.
8. Prepare a periodic report on the purchases of the department and its compatibility with the budget items.
