Job Purpose

Accomplishes marketing and sales targets by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining CRM team.
Job Description

• Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Planning marketing and branding objectives.
• Expanding service solutions and offerings.
• Overseeing creation and delivery marketing materials.
• Selecting best offers concerning print ads and publications.
• Ensuring brand messages are consistent.
• Gathering and analyzing customer insight.
• Developing, leading and guiding CRM team
• Obtaining key accounts and sustaining them via making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
• Overseeing the implementation of the Social Media plan

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of (2) years of marketing /sales experience
• Bachelor degree holder
• Fair English language skills (Reading and Writing).
• Very good command of computer skills and the Internet.
• Target oriented
• Excellent communication &negation;skills
• Hard worker
• Owning a car is preferred
