Business Development Manager

Urgently Required: Pharmacist with at least 4 Years Experience at the same position

The job Description is:-
Exploring opportunity for product exportation to Middle East countries
and Africa.
• Formulating short term, medium and long term business development plans of
the company & ensuring proper implementation.
• Ensuring sufficient finances, materials, manpower and other resources are
available with the firm to implement the business development plans.
• Maximizing business from existing customers and exploring new customers.
• Working together with various stakeholders such as customers, suppliers,
employees, contractors, and senior management to grow the business.
Networking on regular basis with these stakeholders to explore new ideas and
initiatives.
• Worked on setting future plans for business development projects (new products
acquisitions, new facilities acquisition, potential therapeutic area to invest in,
....etc.)
• Analyzing the product portfolio regularly to enrich the product pipeline and to
decide on the existing products.
• Taking over Sales force effectiveness role to maximize the effectiveness of the
sales force’s field time and insure proper communication methods and reporting
systems.
• Point of contact with distributors regarding contracts, order forecasting and
tender management.
