General Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of Experience in Web Designing with good attending work history and behavior with the previous companies.
- Have built or be a part of a team who built a big online project.

Technical Background:
- HTML , CSS , XHTML Handwriting is a must.
- Talent in Hand Drawing ,design, choosing the colors and styles.
- Flash with Photoshop, and any Illustration software is a must.
- Understanding creating animated objects
- Actionscript understanding is a must
