Warehouse Manager is responsible for maintaining, planning, implementing and controlling multiple warehouse stores as well as ensuring material quality and availability in stock. Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing a team of around 15-20 employees in different locations to ensure their performance is meeting corporate targets. Daily Tasks
Recruiting and training of staff;
Monitoring the performance and progress of staff;
Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
Communicating with other departments;
Overseeing stock control and processing orders
Fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation’s headquarters
keeping stock control systems up to date;
Planning future capacity requirements;
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; Briefing team leaders on a daily basis
