• The key areas of responsibility are achieving all assigned sales targets monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Generating new sales leads & creating targeted proactive sales presentations that address prospective client’s needs
• Managing the sales cycle as follows:
- Communicating with all potential clients to identify their needs to open new sales opportunities.
- Handle clients initial service request & solving any issues might occur.
- Negotiating and closing deals that benefit all parties the company and our clients.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely response and delivery
• Responsible for the Selling process from Calling the Client and determine an appointment, till signing the Contract with the client.
• Submitting Business Development status reports (i.e. sales funnel & sales forecast reports, etc…) to General Manager on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
• Maintaining up to date competitive information. And ongoing management of competitive intelligence and factoring this into planning.
• Establish a very good communication channel with current & potential clients to insure reenrollments
