1. Prepare and run cost reports reflecting the financial status of the projects for given geographic area. 2. Work with the Operations Management team to identify and forecast financial exposures. 3. Work with project staff along with payroll, receivable, subs payable, trade payable, general accounting and purchasing departments. 4. Act as “Internal Auditor” assuring controls are being followed. 5. Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction. Qualifications:- Broad knowledge of general accounting practices and in-depth understanding of accounting procedures. 2. CGA/CMA Certification is an asset, or near completion of a CGA/CMA Certificate. 3. Good communication skills. 4. Proven ability to work to and meet deadlines . 5. Expertise with computerized accounting systems, Excel, Microsoft Word and Lotus Notes is preferred 6. Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives are prerequisites. 7. The ability to travel is a requirement for periodic visits to job sites to review cost reports on-site.
