VAM Systems is currently looking for IT Hardware Support Engineer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Brief Description of expected tasks:

• Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Configuration, installation and troubleshooting hardware and software of server computer and peripherals devices.

Specifics of Skill Requirement (Versions)

• Windows 7 &10;• MS Office 2010/2016
• ITIL V2, V3
• Customer Care
• A+ Certification
• Network+ Certification
• Communication skills in English
• (Communication skills in Arabic is an added advantage)

Additional Remarks:

• Analytical skills; Positive and optimistic; Collaborative team spirit;
• Advance skills on configuration, installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware & peripheral devices, computer software and of server computers & related peripherals devices.

Relevant Experience - minimum 2 years

Terms and conditions:

Joining time frame:  2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
