JOB SUMMARY Our Client, a Multinational manufacturer, is looking to hire a Product Marketing & Development Manager. The Product Marketing & Development Manager will oversee the execution of product development initiatives for the organization. The PMDM will assist the Marketing and Sales Departments by gathering and analyzing market intelligence and will assist in the synthesis of marketing and sales strategies along with providing strategic insights for new products to the management. The role will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all product requirements are met before shipping and will provide technical assistance during the product development process. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Work in conjunction with multiple departments including engineering, production, sales, and marketing to bring a product to the market MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate should be qualified with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline (Business or Engineering) and professional certifications with a minimum of 5 years experience in B2B, industrial or technical sales, marketing, product development, or business development. Marketing experience in Middle East is preferred within the building materials manufacturing category. Those with experience in Glass and/or Aluminium products will be given first preference. You should have a good understanding of architecture materials and building products. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
