JOB SUMMARY Our Client, a respected automobile dealership in Bahrain, is looking for a Service Manager to be based in Kingdom of Bahrain. The Service Manager has responsibility and authority for all aspects of the daily operation of the business. This role drives the performance of Service Area by attracting, developing and retaining great talent and creating an exceptional service experience for Customers. The Service Manager will be responsible for taking the customer through the entire repair process, keeping them informed on the status of their vehicle and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave the facility. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards by answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be qualified with a degree in automotive engineering or an equivalent professional qualification. Five (5) years of work experience in automotive repair and customer service within a supervisory role with extensive knowledge of automotive systems, repairs and service or parts management experience.
