We’re currently on the hunt for a Training & Development Manager to join our team. The Training & Development Manager serves as a specialist in the planning and execution of instructional / training programs. The role is responsible for the assessment, design and delivery of the program as well as ensuring that appropriate training solutions are provided. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conduct needs assessments/analysis (TNA) to ensure conformity with training objectives and develop training plans as needed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate has successfully completed a related degree and a minimum of five (5) years’ with a reputable employment agency or corporate recruitment team. Fast learner with an aspiration to achieve and demonstrated understanding of recruitment processes and strategies. Familiarity with sales and marketing techniques is ideal.
